  1. This was a great post! I needed it, I hit the snooze button 4 times this morning, so needless to say I looked and felt blah. You are correct. I needed to go buy healthfood store and get some healthy food. I almost skipped it because I just felt blah. I went anyway. I got fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, many healthy products and some really great coffee and tea to boot. I feel so much better with the extra effort. I am going to eat and exercise my way back to a healthy disposition. I am doing pilates tonight, I live in Kentucky, so it is really cold and sleeting here. But when the sun comes back, me and my dogs will be enjoying it. Thanks for the post! Best of luck Catalina!
